Wow, I've put a LOT of work into this picture! My thumb hurts from using the mouse for the pen-tool so much...XD;
Anyways, yes, I did get the basic idea for this picture from the song (or at least, the title) "Angels in Top Hats", by House of Heroes. But this is basically just a girl with wings and a top hat, not an angel, per se. XD At any rate, I don't think I've put more detail into a lineart than I have into this one...My hand is killing me! XD I hope to get the colored version up soon, but I hope you guys like this one for now!
Oh, and yes, I do plan on fixing the hat and her left hand...it looks weird, I know. XD
